Francis °F delivers powerful beats, catchy instrumental hooks and smooth vocals

Francis °F is the stage name of UK based Singer/Songwriter and Musician Brett Francis Howell, who has been both a solo artist and also collaborated on numerous projects.

He has released his music as Francis °F , Mercury and the rock bands, Neptune's Kingdom and Moxy Ru.

His current stage name came about after a fan described his performance during a 2006 gig as on fire and later on in life Francis realized both his stage names alluded to rock legends Queen.

Francis's music is rooted in 60s and 70s rock and blends together Classic Rock, Glam Rock and Folk whilst at the same time drawing influences from the likes of David Bowie, Kate Bush and Depeche Mode.

Since 2004 Francis has performed all over London and this includes gigs at the O2 Academy in Islington, The Borderline in Tottenham Court Road and The Oxjam Festival in London.

To date Francis has released two solo albums, an album when he was part of Neptune's Kingdom and two EPs during his Moxy Ru days plus he is planning to release Home On Earth next year.

His second album Rock 'n' Roll Clown is a fusion of powerful beats, melodic tones, catchy instrumental hooks and smooth vocals which Freddie can rev up when the song requires it and his musical tribute to David Bowie is instantly evident.
