British / Colombian Singer/Songwriter Vanessa Forero has been composing since the tender age of 9.
She has mainly written Film / TV Scores for other artists but her big break came in 2015 when she had the opportunity to co-write and perform at Brit Award Winning Singer/Songwriter Beth Orton's forthcoming shows.
It was this opportunity that spurred Vanessa to become a music artist and this led to her recording her own songs in her distinct Indie / Folk style with Latino influences, after all getting chosen out of 350 candidates does wonders as a motivator and thanks to Beth Orton seeing untapped potential within Vanessa was just the catalyst she needed to redefine and reinvent herself.
Heaven Knows is Vanessa's debut single and we are treated to wondrous vocals especially the "Woo Woos", uplifting and motivational lyrics and a delightful blend of instrumental melodies.
Vanessa's self produced debut EP, which also features Heaven Knows will be unveiled later this month.
